Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal HR team in Algeria. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in building our internal workforce, aligning hiring strategies with company goals, and ensuring we attract the best professionals across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.

  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Maintain and manage talent pipelines for key roles within the company.

  • Utilize job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to engage with qualified candidates.

  • Conduct pre-employment checks, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth candidate experience.

  • Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.

  • Represent the company at virtual job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.

  • Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (corporate or agency).

  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering results.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in multinational or high-growth environments.

  • Prior experience managing or training a recruitment team is an advantage.

  • Proven success in filling technical, corporate, and leadership roles across multiple departments.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible remote working schedule based in Algeria.

  • Occasional availability required for international meetings across time zones.
