Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires hands-on involvement in planning, execution, and monitoring civil construction activities while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.

  • Prepare, review, and implement project plans, drawings, and technical documents.

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor construction progress, timelines, and budgets; provide regular updates to management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Assist in procurement, material estimation, and resource planning for ongoing projects.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, logs, and project records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Professional licensure (PE/Chartered Engineer) preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

  • Experience managing site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday, with flexibility based on project requirements.

  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
