Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Layout Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing precise site layouts to support large-scale construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, accuracy in surveying, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accurate site layouts, drawings, and plans for construction projects.

  • Perform site surveys, measurements, and data collection using advanced surveying equipment and tools.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction supervisors to verify layout accuracy.

  • Provide on-site technical support during project execution and resolve layout-related issues.

  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation to track project progress.

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved site plans.

  • Utilize CAD software and surveying tools to produce precise technical drawings and layouts.

  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure that project specifications are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction site planning, surveying, and layout engineering.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other CAD software.

  • Familiarity with Total Stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.

  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Layout Engineer, Site Surveyor, or in a related role within the construction industry.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role, Monday to Saturday.

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility required to work extended hours depending on project needs.
