Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and expand our digital presence across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep our content current and impactful.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.

  • Schedule and oversee posting calendars using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

  • Track KPIs and create detailed performance reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
