We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation in our Quick Commerce operations across MENA region, with impact extending to multiple emerging markets including India, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, and Australia. This role will shape the future of ultrafast delivery, focusing on last-mile innovation and doorstep experience for both customers and delivery partners. Key job responsibilities: Product Strategy & Innovation - Own end-to-end product roadmap for Quick Commerce last mile operations across ROW markets - Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the quick commerce space - Drive innovation at the intersection of customer experience and operational efficiency - Develop and execute 0-1 products that impact millions of customers Technical Leadership & Execution - Partner with global tech teams to develop and enhance Quick Commerce technology stack - Drive improvements in hybrid warehouse management systems (HWMS) and last-mile solutions - Lead integration of Supply Chain (SC), Under the Roof (UTR), and On the Road (OTR) systems - Collaborate with worldwide product teams to launch new features and capabilities Stakeholder Management & Communication - Create high-quality documentation and maintain excellent communication across all levels - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product development and impact - Build strong relationships with tech teams across IN, NA, MENA, and ROW - Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across functions Operational Excellence - Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistics challenges - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standard work adoption - Implement and track key performance metrics - Collaborate with 3P partners and DSP teams to optimize delivery operations
