Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our remote team in the Singapore region. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels at building long-term client relationships, driving business growth, and managing strategic partnerships. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients across the Singapore region.

  • Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.

  • Create customized account plans and execute strategies to meet revenue goals and client objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a strong competitive edge.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed business reviews and sales reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within B2B or enterprise environments.

  • Strong ability to manage complex client relationships with a consultative sales approach.

Experience
