Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to ensure construction projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings for construction projects.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction activities and verify structural safety.

  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions.

  • Perform structural analysis using engineering software and advanced design tools.

  • Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during project execution.

  • Prepare detailed reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments related to structural components.

  • Stay updated with new materials, methods, and industry innovations to improve project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, construction materials, and geotechnical considerations.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit, or similar tools.

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Experience with high-rise buildings, bridges, or industrial structures will be considered an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role, 40–45 hours per week.
