Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and dedicated Stucco Installer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will specialize in applying stucco finishes to residential and commercial buildings, ensuring both aesthetic quality and structural durability. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for stucco application, including cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents.

  • Mix, apply, and finish stucco materials according to project specifications.

  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications related to stucco installation.

  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

  • Repair and maintain existing stucco surfaces as needed.

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on schedule.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

  • Provide guidance or mentorship to junior crew members when required.
