Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, or phone, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

  • Assist in processing and tracking online orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Support the team in managing product listings, updating inventory, and maintaining accuracy in online catalogs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.

  • Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions to enhance service quality.

  • Assist in generating reports and insights to help optimize e-commerce operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
