Job Overview


The Stylist is responsible for the styling of all marketing and trend shoots as well as occasional ecommerce styling in our studio. The stylist needs to be very fashion savvy and on top of the latest industry trends. They must have an editorial eye and a passion for styling campiagn imagery across model and still life sets. They must possess strong brand knowledge both in both highstreet and premium fashion across menswear and womenswear and should have an excellent understanding of global and local trends. The Stylist should also understand the Namshi Customer to ensure complete consistency with the styling across the website. They should be highly organized and self motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and styling on-brand, on-trend editorially relevant outfits for all editorial shoots – still life and on model.

  • Work closely with Styling Manager, Content Editor and Shoot Producer on ensuring commercially viable product is represented, translate brand vision into visually enticing styles.

  • Work closely with Styling Manager and Content Editor on ensuring relevant shoots are produced according to content calendar.

  • Generate and research ideas and deliver clear styling moodboards for all shoots for sign off by Styling Manager.

  • To style product on models in our ecommerce studio when timelines allow.

  • To have an excellent knowledge of the shoot schedule and workflow processes and what brands and products have been planned in to shoot in order to be organized and prepared.

  • To be a strong troubleshooter and understand priorities and work well in a busy and pressured studio environment.

  • Have an excellent knowledge of the Production Guidelines and what images are required for each item being shot in the Namshi Studios.

  • To have an excellent knowledge of the Namshi styling guidelines and brand profiles and customer profiles across apparel to ensure consistency and highest standards.

  • Work with your team to ensure the studios are always shooting productively and to KPI’s while still producing the highest quality images.
