Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our remote call center team. As a Technical Support Agent at Progressive Technology, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through technical challenges while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
