Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Algeria. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing issues, resolving client concerns, and ensuring a seamless user experience during night hours to support international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, live chat, and remote sessions.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems efficiently.

  • Document all customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the support system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and software tools used by the company.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets.

  • Assist in maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation.

  • Monitor system alerts and ensure timely incident response during night shifts.
