Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Setter to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and finishing tile surfaces with precision and efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, craftsmanship, and teamwork to ensure high-quality results for our residential projects.

As a Tile Setter, you will contribute to creating aesthetically pleasing and durable surfaces in homes, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and install various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, in residential properties.

  • Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives, to ensure proper tile adhesion.

  • Follow detailed blueprints and layout plans for tile installation.

  • Inspect and repair damaged or uneven tile surfaces as needed.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

  • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, to coordinate work efficiently.

  • Advise clients on tile selection, patterns, and maintenance.

  • Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising on quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tile Setter in residential construction.

  • Knowledge of tile materials, adhesives, grouts, and finishing techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in varied positions for extended periods.
