Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Traffic Control Flagmen to join our road construction projects team. As a Traffic Control Flagman, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe traffic flow around construction zones, ensuring the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and site workers. This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, reliable, and committed to safety standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic in and around construction sites.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide safe passage through work zones.

  • Use hand signals, signs, radios, and safety equipment to manage traffic flow.

  • Monitor site conditions and respond quickly to emergencies or hazards.

  • Coordinate with construction crews to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signage.

  • Follow all safety guidelines, legal regulations, and company procedures.

  • Report unsafe behavior, traffic violations, or accidents to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
