Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Travel Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Virtual Assistant, you will assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and travel packages, while providing outstanding customer support. You will act as a vital link between clients and travel service providers, ensuring seamless travel experiences from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle booking requests for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary creation, and modifications to existing bookings.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to resolve issues or confirm reservations.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and travel preferences.

  • Monitor and update travel schedules, alerts, and confirmations to clients.

  • Provide proactive recommendations and solutions to enhance the client travel experience.

  • Support administrative tasks related to travel management, including invoicing, reporting, and documentation.
