Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Researcher to join our growing digital experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering user insights and translating them into actionable recommendations that drive design decisions. You will collaborate with product designers, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction and improve overall usability across platforms. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about human-centered design and data-driven creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies.

  • Develop and manage research plans to explore user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

  • Translate findings into clear insights, journey maps, personas, and experience reports.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to apply research insights throughout the design process.

  • Evaluate existing user experiences and propose design improvements based on evidence.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to demonstrate proposed solutions when required.

  • Present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in conducting end-to-end UX research in a product or design environment.

  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and design direction.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for improving user experience through evidence-based design.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a UI/UX Researcher or similar user experience role.

  • Experience working on digital platforms, apps, or SaaS products preferred.

  • Prior experience in remote collaboration environments is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours aligned with India Standard Time (IST).

  • Full-time remote position with occasional virtual meetings or workshops.
