Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, user-centric digital experiences that enhance usability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to understand user behavior and needs.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups for new features and product improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners to define design goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Ensure design consistency and maintain design systems and style guides.

  • Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs based on data-driven insights.

  • Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine user experience strategies.

  • Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback for refinement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

  • Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of professional UX design experience in a digital product environment.

  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile applications is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST).
