Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning, user-centric digital designs that enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX design.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design elements and digital platforms.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

  • Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across multiple devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Experience with responsive design and usability best practices.

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile platforms.

  • Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.

  • Exposure to SaaS or e-commerce projects will be an added advantage.
