The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Admin Coordinator to support our global operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative and operational workflows across multiple time zones, providing critical support to executives and project teams. As a Virtual Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, supporting project management tasks, and streamlining administrative processes to ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate global team communications.

  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and project records for easy access.

  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track deadlines, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Implement and improve administrative processes to optimize workflow efficiency.
