Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can efficiently manage administrative tasks from a remote setting. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will support multiple departments, streamline workflows, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital files, records, and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Handle email correspondence, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

  • Maintain and update company databases, CRM systems, and other software tools.

  • Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Conduct online research and compile data as needed for projects and reports.

  • Respond to client and partner inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Assist in onboarding new team members by coordinating necessary resources and documentation.

  • Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.

  • Experience in remote work or managing tasks virtually is highly desirable.

  • Exposure to supporting multiple departments or executives is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
