Job Summary

American Airlines is seeking a Virtual Airline Helpdesk Representative to join our remote customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers, assisting them with flight bookings, ticket modifications, refunds, travel policies, and other general inquiries. Key Responsibilities
