The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our customer support operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital platforms.

  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and resolution.

  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.

  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage incoming support requests to ensure no query goes unattended.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
