Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.

  • Support email marketing campaigns by drafting emails, segmenting lists, and tracking performance metrics.

  • Conduct online research to support marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and project planning.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and virtual events for the marketing team.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed to support management decisions.

  • Monitor and maintain project management tools to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative or marketing support role.
