Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Virtual Assistant to support our growing business operations. This position is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, or anyone looking to start a remote career with no prior experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with administrative tasks, communication, scheduling, and online coordination — helping our team stay productive and efficient. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and virtual conferences.

  • Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.

  • Prepare simple reports, presentations, and data summaries as required.

  • Support social media management, content posting, and online communication.

  • Coordinate with clients and team members for ongoing tasks and projects.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
