Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistants to provide top-tier administrative support to executives of US-based companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel plans.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Assist with project management by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and preparing status reports.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare executive summaries to support decision-making.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a related administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or Trello.

Experience
