Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing IT support team as Virtual Help Desk Support Specialists. This remote role is designed for beginners who are eager to start their career in the IT field. You will provide first-level technical assistance to users, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, or remote access tools.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner.

  • Log all customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
