Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual HR Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide critical support across recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will act as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from candidates and employees in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in organizing virtual HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

  • Generate HR reports and maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR support roles.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or virtual HR assistance preferred.

  • Experience working in remote or virtual environments is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote working hours, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (depending on time zone).

  • Occasional participation in team meetings or interviews outside standard hours may be required.
