Job Summary

American Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Travel Assistance Agent to join our remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers across the United States, assisting them with travel bookings, flight changes, cancellations, loyalty program inquiries, and general travel-related support. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through chat, email, and phone with travel reservations, ticket modifications, and flight rebookings.
