Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials within the warehouse while ensuring safety standards and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently.

  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate placement of materials.

  • Stack and organize inventory according to warehouse layout and storage protocols.

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock counts as required.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid forklift certification/license.

  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.

  • Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents and inventory logs.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, as needed.
