Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory management processes, reducing discrepancies, and supporting timely fulfillment of orders. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels for all warehouse items.

  • Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate variances.

  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures to optimize storage and reduce waste.

  • Coordinate with procurement, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or overstock issues.

  • Assist in warehouse audits and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

  • Train and guide warehouse staff on proper inventory handling procedures.

  • Maintain documentation for all inventory movements and stock adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or related logistics roles.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management software and warehouse systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is preferred.

  • Previous exposure to audit and stock reconciliation processes is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional weekend or overtime may be required based on operational needs.
