Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled Waterproofing Technician to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will specialize in applying and maintaining waterproofing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role ensures that structures are protected against water infiltration, leaks, and moisture-related damage, thereby enhancing building longevity and quality. The Waterproofing Technician will work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply waterproofing solutions to roofs, walls, basements, and other building structures.

  • Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, repairing, and priming areas before waterproofing.

  • Inspect building areas for signs of water damage, leaks, or structural weaknesses.

  • Select and apply appropriate waterproofing materials, such as membranes, coatings, sealants, and admixtures.

  • Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.

  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to schedule work and report progress.

  • Provide technical advice on waterproofing solutions for new and ongoing projects.

  • Keep detailed records of completed work, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in construction or waterproofing preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, methods, and building codes.

  • Proficient in using waterproofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, typically 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours if project deadlines require.

  • On-site work at construction locations with occasional travel to multiple project sites.
