Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled Writing Tutor – AI Trainer to work remotely. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for writing, editing, and teaching effective communication. As an AI Trainer, you will collaborate with our research and development teams to help train and refine artificial intelligence language models by evaluating, correcting, and improving written content. This position combines your expertise in language with modern AI technology to enhance writing performance and develop intelligent tools that understand human writing more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, edit, and enhance AI-generated writing samples to improve grammatical accuracy, tone, and structure.

  • Provide constructive feedback on written outputs to improve clarity, coherence, and logical flow.

  • Collaborate with the AI development team to identify linguistic patterns and assist in training the model to emulate human-like writing.

  • Create and review content across various domains such as academic writing, creative writing, technical writing, and business communication.

  • Analyze writing prompts, user queries, and AI responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and stylistic precision.

  • Participate in regular performance review sessions to assess AI learning progress and suggest data improvements.

  • Stay updated on current writing trends, tone adaptation, and grammar standards to ensure the highest quality of AI output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.

  • Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing conventions.

  • Strong analytical and editorial skills with the ability to identify and correct stylistic and structural issues.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback on content and explain linguistic concepts clearly.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, natural language processing, or online writing/editing platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent time management and self-motivation skills for remote work.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in writing, editing, tutoring, or teaching English preferred.
