Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our IT operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, critical thinking, and business acumen to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large sets of IT-related data from multiple sources to support business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to management and stakeholders.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in IT systems performance and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business units to improve data quality, ensure accurate reporting, and streamline processes.

  • Support IT projects by providing analytical insights, performance metrics, and risk assessments.

  • Assist in database management, data cleansing, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

  • Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings to support organizational knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT data analysis or related roles is preferred.

Working Hours:
