Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Hotel Sales Representative to manage and grow event and conference booking sales for our premium hotel partners. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and securing group bookings for corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with leading hospitality brands while earning an attractive incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase event and conference bookings for partner hotels.

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, including corporate companies, event planners, and travel agencies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to inquiries, provide detailed proposals, and negotiate rates and packages to meet client requirements.

  • Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and conferences.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for event and conference bookings.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using CRM tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive market.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
