Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately after each interaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Follow call center scripts and company guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.
