Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Online Chat Support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through live chat, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, and we will provide all the necessary equipment, including a headset and laptop, to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via live chat and email channels.

  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order status inquiries.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
