The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding travel partnership programs with hotels, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel partners, travel agencies, and corporate accounts to drive group and individual bookings.

  • Coordinate with hotels to confirm rates, availability, and special offers for travel partners.

  • Manage client inquiries and provide customized travel solutions to meet their needs.

  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials, rate sheets, and travel packages to partners.

  • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and partnership events.

  • Handle booking confirmations, contracts, and follow-ups with precision and accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate records of all partner agreements, bookings, and revenue reports.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
