Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote E-commerce Support Executives. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to online customers, manage e-commerce transactions, resolve queries, and ensure smooth shopping experiences for our clients customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

  • Resolve product-related issues and provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and shipping.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

  • Handle escalated cases with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

  • Monitor and report common customer issues to improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
