Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a skilled and proactive Remote IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients remotely. You will ensure that all IT systems, networks, and applications run smoothly, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues promptly. A company-provided laptop will be included for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.

  • Assist users with installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems.

  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring optimal functionality.

  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate service records.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Guide clients on best practices for using company-provided tools and applications.

  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
