Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth consultations and continuous care for patients in both English and Spanish.

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized care plans.

  • Ensure continuity of care by following up on treatment progress and coordinating with other healthcare providers when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.

  • Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care solutions.

  • Comply with all legal, ethical, and professional standards of medical practice and telehealth guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the United States.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).

  • Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.

  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
