Job Summary

SysTechCare Support, in partnership with T-Mobile, is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Account Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with account-related queries, billing concerns, and service support. Your ability to provide exceptional customer experiences while maintaining professionalism in a remote setting will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries from T-Mobile customers regarding accounts, plans, and services.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns related to billing, account changes, and technical issues.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.

  • Update customer accounts and document interactions in the CRM system accurately.
