Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently. You will work remotely, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues effectively.

  • Document and track all customer interactions using our CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Provide product information, guidance, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.

  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications
