Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.

  • Review and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry projects with high accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with basic data management and reporting tools.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy.

Experience
