SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Text Chat Operators to join our growing customer support team. In this role, you will engage with customers through live text-based chat platforms, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via text chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues through chat support.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Maintain high-quality standards in communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once.

  • Fast typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).

Experience
