<p><strong>Channel Team Lead , Amazon Logistics UAE</strong></p> <div class="section"> <p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>The role of Channel Team Lead (CTL) supports Delivery Stations (DS) manage delivery capacity and performance through the variety of Last Mile Programs (LMP) Amazon Logistics (AMZL) use to delight our customers.</p> <p>The CTL role acts as the main interface between AMZL Operations teams and partners in channels such as the Delivery Service Provider (courier company partners) and HubDP (small/medium store partners in local communities) to procure, maintain and improve LM delivery capacity.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities<br /> Core responsibilities will include:<br /> * invoice management;<br /> * daily follow up with vendors on on-boarding process;<br /> * facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor;<br /> * incentive management;<br /> * uniform auditing and inventory;<br /> * daily ops communications with Hub Partner Stores and performance management, if needed;<br /> * arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance for on boarding compliance</p> <p>A day in the life<br /> Attitude: Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of LM operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement;</p> <p>Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.</p> <p>Essential Skills<br /> Strong execution skills, Action oriented, go getter<br /> Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources<br /> Ability to work under pressure situations<br /> Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced</p> <p>We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:</p> <p>Dubai, ARE</p> </div> <div class="section"> <p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p>– Experience managing teams<br /> – Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement</p> </div> <div class="section"> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p>– Experience in logistics<br /> – Experience with data analysis</p> </div>
