We are currently looking for an Arabic and English speaking Cruise Travel Consultant. The main job of a Cruise Travel Consultant is to help clients have successful trips for business and pleasure.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Offering clients advice about travel destinations
  • Helping clients establish realistic budgets for their trips and working to develop travel packages that align with those budgets
  • Researching fares and rates to find the best deals on transportation, dining, accommodations and activities
  • Educating clients about safety and security while traveling
  • Determining necessary immunizations and travel documents
  • Creating day-by-day itineraries personalized based on clients’ ages, interests, preferences and budgets
  • Providing guides, maps, event calendars and other useful information to clients
  • Following up with clients about travel plans and making adjustments as needed
  • Assisting with the resolution of unexpected problems, such as cancelled flights or issues with hotel reservations

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience as a Cruise Travel Consultant.
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree with attested education certificates.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English both written and oral. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Computer literate, excellent in MS Office & other search engines.
  • Cultivate a deep enthusiasm for travel and discovering new destinations.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in goal-setting, establishing realistic timelines for success.
  • Minimize distractions to ensure focused work.
