Managing logistics activities for All DH Kitchens across the Region. The role will be in charge of logistics and technical issues within the kitchen. The role supports preventing/solving technical issues that usually happen before, and during the brand going live. What’s On Your Plate? - Control and improve kitchen operations OKRs related to Logistics i.e. Vendor Delay, At Vendor Clean Time and Net Fail Rate regionally in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. - Monitor all orders daily across all operational kitchens and liaise with area Logistics teams to minimize delays due to riders' unavailability/ late arrivals. - Work closely with the area Logistics team to ensure best-in-class logistics support across MENA region. - Visiting DHK on a daily basis to monitor logistics performance and accordingly liaise with Talabat. - Coordinate with the call center to reassign orders for missing items or any other issues related to logistics support. - Randomly check rider bags across kitchens on food hygiene and safety issues and report to the concerned team for remedial actions - Daily analyze failed orders due to any Logistics issue and discuss with concerned area logistic teams on remedial actions. - Established trend analysis on the basis of data gathered in relation to logistics-related complaints, and formulate corrective actions to avoid/minimize recurrence. - Investigation of the orders that are not delivered - if orders are not delivered food must be returned to the vendors - Monitor each kitchen porygon and grid mapping of all brands in case of inconsistencies, and whenever necessary, adjust the porygon mapping as the need arises. - Monitor dashboards of kitchens for consistency check for zero orders across brands/kitchens. - Report to the kitchen and growth team for any potential problems from the backend/frontend. - Maintain inventory of team dress or any other kitchen-related movable asset and depute across kitchens as per requirements. - Delivery zone coverage supervision on a daily basis. - Coordinate with the kitchen team namely: Talabat Logistics, Kitchen Onboarding, Business Development, Kitchen Operations, Kitchen Growth. - Work closely with the onboarding team on the progress of brand onboarding, so that necessary preparation for going live is in place once the brand onboarding process is completed. - Take charge of getting the onboarded brand to go live : Performing test orders, assigning virtual portal access, setting the Talabat Device, and making it ready to go live. - Resolve, or liaise with the technical team, any technical problem that will be encountered prior or during the brand going live and ensure fast and effective resolution of the issues. What Did We Order? - Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus. - 5-7 years experience in a leading Logistics company in fleet/rider management. - Must be familiar with logistics and technical support team processes. manage to formulate proactive control measures to avoid the problems from recurring. - People skills required for the role are: Effective Communication Skills, Flexibility in dealing with different stakeholders, approachability, and ability to adjust to different people and personalities. - Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
