Key Responsibilities

  • Assist underwriters in evaluating and reviewing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriters to verify policy coverage, terms, and risk assessments.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of claims, underwriting notes, and policy documentation.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams regarding claim status, required documentation, and policy details.

  • Identify discrepancies or issues in claims submissions and escalate appropriately.

  • Support reporting and data analysis to track trends, claims volumes, and underwriting performance.
